How do i register for access to this website?
Active Members in good standing in the St. Louis Region C Healthcare Subcommittee are provided access to member-only areas of this website. If you are an active member, and you do not have member-only website access, please contact the St. Louis Region C Healthcare Subcommittee Chair.

To join the St. Louis Region C Healthcare Subcommittee Healthcare, visit the "Register" page and submit the new member application form. Once the Webmaster receives notice from the Readiness and Response Coordinator (RRC) that your coalition membership has been approved, you will be invited to join the website via email by the Webmaster. The email will contain a unique website registration link. Check your junk mail folder if you do not receive an email invitation in your inbox.

I tried to register using the unique link sent to me but got a message "email in use."
If you get a message that says email in use when you try to use the register link sent to you by the St. Louis Region C Healthcare Subcommittee on the homepage, it means that you already have an account or the webmaster has sent you an invitation email to set a password to access the website and you did not respond. Check your junk mail folder, then contact the Webmaster for assistance. The webmaster can reset your password.

how do i navigate this website once i'm logged in?
When you log into your account, you will see a pop-up box called My Account that lists all of the webpages you have access to. See photo below.
Close the My Account pop up box by clicking on the x. Then use the navigation links at the top of the website to navigate the site.

When you register for member-only access to this website, you will be asked to check a box that says: I agree to receiving marketing and promotional materials.* This agreement with registered users is required because our website membership feature sends email notices of approval or denial when a member registers for website access.

i'm a registered user. My name has changed. How do i update the name on my account?
The name associated with your account must be changed by the Webmaster. Please contact the Webmaster for assistance.
How do i submit events to the website events calendar?
Members may submit events to the Calendar using the 'Submit Event" Button on the Submit Event webpage (located under the Calendar heading on gate main menu) to submit local, regional, state, and national meetings, conferences, training, and events for publishing to the St. Louis Region C Healthcare Subcommittee Calendar. Events will be auto published when submitted by a member logged in to the website member only area.
If you submitted an event and need to update or cancel the event, please contact the Webmaster for assistance. There is no fee to submit events to the Calendar.

I clicked on login and nothing happens
If you don't see a popup login/register box (like the image below) when you click on Login/Register on the homepage, you should check your browser settings and allow popups from this website. Also, check to make sure your browser is set to full screen. If you have bookmarked the site, try entering the domain name directly into your browser window. That should do the trick.

I used to have member-only website access, but i can't log in
Active Members in good standing are provided member-only access with a login to this website. If you lose your active member in good standing status, you will be removed from accessing member-only areas of the website and must reapply for membership. Use the "Register" link on the main menu to re-register for membership.

is there is difference between coalition membership and website membership?
Yes. Coalition membership occurs when you complete and submit the Registration form. Once your membership application is approved by the St. Louis Region C Healthcare Subcommittee Chair, you are a Coalition Member. The Chair will add you to Coalition email groups and the member directory.
Once you receive approval from the Chair that your Coalition Membership has been approved, you will be sent an email from the website with a unique website registration login.

I got married. How do i change my name to log in?
The webmaster is the only one who can change names for registered website users. Contact the Webmaster.
